Value of the Week – Manaakitanga
Manaakitanga means looking after others beyond ourselves and also means showing consideration and respect for others.

Today I will be bloging about the work I have been doing for the past week.  For our Reading we had to read and find some facts about Sir Edmund Hillary, Matariki, Sir Bom Gillies and lastly Maurice Gee, Once we had some facts about him we had to write about them we had to a DLO about Them. Then for math we have been  doing Prime numbers, Compostise numbers and divisiblity, Page 91 to 95.

My thoughts about the Reading and Wirting –  I thought That the finding facts would be really easy and quick but it was hard to find facts that made sense. And the hardest part of the reading part was finding true facts about them.  Writing –  The part I Thought was really hard about doing a DLO about them was trying to finish all in 20 miuntes

Here is all My DLO’S about Sir Bom Gilles / Maurice Gee / Sir Edmund Hillary / And lastly Matariki.

 Math –  we have been doing Prime numbers and Compostise Numbers and divisibity, which is 91 to 95.  We have been doing this Prime numbers and Compostise Numbers and divisibity for the past for week or two.

My thoughts about the Math – I thought I couldn’t do the maths because in the book it looked really hard, I asked one of my friend’s if she understand’s the math, then we were talking about the math and she was making sure I got the math.  I lreant more about Compostise and prime number’s. One of the task in the book were about compostise and prime number’s. I had to circle the number’s that were a composite or a prime. Like  105,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12 ? What do you think ? Do you think it’s a Compostise or prime Number ?.
